1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the joja9 website accessible at joja9.io and all associated services, games and betting products offered thereunder.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or places a wager through the joja9 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the joja9 Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus credits held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer or other incentive granted by joja9 subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed by a Player on a casino game, live dealer game, crash game or sports betting market available on the Platform.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the official time zone applicable to the joja9 Platform for all time-sensitive communications and deadlines.
• "Taka" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all Platform transactions are denominated.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1  You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the joja9 Platform. By completing the registration process, you warrant and represent that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2  joja9 reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

2.3  Each Player may register one Account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited. joja9 may use technical and manual means, including device fingerprinting and payment record matching, to detect and close duplicate accounts.

2.4  You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your registered information up to date. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

2.5  You confirm that you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited, and that you are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

3 Account Management

3.1  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your joja9 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person.

3.2  joja9 will treat all activity conducted through your Account as authorised by you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify joja9 support immediately at support at joja9.io.

3.3  You may close your Account at any time by contacting joja9 support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering conditions.

3.4  joja9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account where it reasonably suspects breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

3.5  Players who wish to take a break from gambling may use the self-exclusion and cool-off tools available within the Account dashboard. See Section 8 (Responsible Gaming) for further details.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1  All financial transactions on joja9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts are stated on the Payments page within your Account dashboard.

4.2  Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods currently include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard. joja9 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

4.3  Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time or within a short processing window depending on the selected payment method. joja9 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or your bank.

4.4  Withdrawals are processed after successful completion of identity verification (KYC). joja9 aims to process approved withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within 15 to 45 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer. Processing times stated are estimates and not guarantees.

4.5  You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that is registered in your own name and that you have previously used to make a deposit. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.6  joja9 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is high or where unusual account activity is detected.

4.7  Chargebacks initiated through your bank or payment provider without first contacting joja9 support constitute a breach of these Terms. joja9 will suspend the associated Account pending investigation and may pursue recovery of funds through lawful means.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1  joja9 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific bonus terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which are published alongside each promotion.

5.2  Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, bonus funds are wagered before real-money funds.

5.3  joja9 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already claimed it, the applicable wagering requirements will still apply to any bonus already credited.

5.4  Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using automated software to complete wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. joja9 will void all associated bonuses and winnings and may close the offending Account permanently.

5.5  Bonuses are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred to another player or Account.

6 Game Rules and Betting

6.1  All casino games, live dealer tables, crash games and sports betting markets on joja9 are governed by the individual game rules provided by the respective game studios and betting providers. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

6.2  joja9 sources its game content exclusively from certified studios whose Random Number Generators (RNG) have been independently audited. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate to the best of joja9's knowledge but may vary over short-term play sessions.

6.3  All bets are final once confirmed. joja9 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a wager after it has been accepted by the system, except where a manifest technical error is identified by joja9 and confirmed in writing.

6.4  In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, joja9 will attempt to resolve the round using the last recorded game state. Where resolution is not possible, the wager for the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account balance.

6.5  joja9 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at erroneous odds due to a pricing error or technical fault. Players will be notified in such cases and the original stake returned.

6.6  Sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi and other sports covered on the Platform, are subject to the specific rules of each market as displayed at the time of bet placement. Results are determined by official sources and are final once settled.

7 Prohibited Conduct

7.1  The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the joja9 Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of any third party.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or place bets.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime through the Platform.
• Exploiting any software error, technical fault or system vulnerability to gain an advantage.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without first exhausting joja9's internal dispute resolution process.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment.

7.2  joja9 employs fraud detection systems and reserves the right to monitor account activity. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended immediately, all associated balances forfeited, and the matter referred to relevant authorities where appropriate.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1  joja9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools to all registered Players, accessible directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of play to remind you of the time spent.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days or 30 days during which you will be unable to place wagers or make deposits.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irreversible for the duration of the selected exclusion period.

8.2  If you believe that your gambling has become problematic, we encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool immediately and to seek assistance from a qualified counsellor or support organisation in your area.

8.3  joja9 does not permit credit facilities, and Players may not deposit using funds borrowed for the purpose of gambling.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1  All content on the joja9 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks and trade names — is the property of joja9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of joja9.

9.3  The joja9 brand name and logo are proprietary marks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any form is prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1  The joja9 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. joja9 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the fitness of any game or service for a particular purpose.

10.2  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, joja9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings resulting from technical failures, disconnection events or third-party payment provider delays.

10.3  joja9's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the value of the Player's real-money Account balance at the time the claim arose.

10.4  Nothing in these Terms limits joja9's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

11.1  joja9 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them.

11.2  By registering on joja9, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support and service improvement, as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.3  joja9 applies SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Amendments to These Terms

12.1  joja9 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a notification displayed on the Platform.

12.2  Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining real-money balance.

12.3  The version of these Terms displayed on the Platform at the time of a transaction or dispute is the version that applies to that transaction or dispute.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

13.1  These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of the joja9 Platform shall first be referred to joja9's internal customer support team for resolution.

13.2  joja9 aims to resolve all Player complaints within 10 business days of receipt. Complaints should be submitted in writing to support at joja9.io, setting out the nature of the dispute, the relevant dates and any supporting documentation.

13.3  If a complaint cannot be resolved through joja9's internal process, both parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

13.4  The English-language version of these Terms is the governing version. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
